I didn’t really know what kind of tree I wanted this year. I had lights but nothing to put them on. Usually real trees are messy, and I’m allergic to them. I didn’t want to spend $75-100 on a pre-lit but fake-looking tree because I really want a real-looking tree, but I don’t have money to spend on that.
In the end, I took my inspiration from an old friend. Mine does kinda look better, but it’s the idea. I saw it at my parents’, so it’s a live tree and I cut it myself! It’s cute, sorta funny, and hopefully people get it! I just hope I can keep it alive long enough to last until I get to Florida.
